Mother's Day 2020 FAQ
How to order
Pre-orders are being accepted through May 2, 2020. You may place your order online; we will not be accepting Mother's Day orders via Instagram.
Pick up/Delivery info
Deliveries will be made on May 8 & May 9. You will receive an email after your order has been placed to confirm your date preference. We have a limit for each day, so it will be based on availability, on a first come, first serve basis. You may also do a porch pick up in Livermore, May 9 & 10.
Delivery areas
We offer delivery in Tri Valley area for all orders. For Mother's Day only, we will be serving extended areas of the East Bay including Hayward & Castro Valley, and down into the Silicon Valley area. We will not be servicing SF, but please reach out for recommendations if you need!
Failed Deliveries
It is so important to include all pertinent information in your comments section. We ask that you please provide recipient name, any note to accompany flowers, delivery address, and a contact number for them along with any special details such as gates, etc. Should we face an issue on delivery day, we will make every effort to contact and deliver on time. IF location cannot be reached, flowers will be available for pick up as an alternative.
